Top Reasons to Join OPA

*1st Year dues reduction is available to new members under the categories noted or those applicants who have not been a member of OPA for the last two years.

Initial dues must accompany the OPA membership application form. Thereafter, full-year dues will be billed on your membership anniversary date. Dues are past due 30 days after the anniversary date. The eligibility requirements and minimum standards for membership are listed above for each category of membership. OPA dues are not deductible as a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes, but may be partially deductible as a business expense. OPA estimates that 24% of your dues cannot be deducted as an ordinary and necessary business expense due to lobbying activities on behalf of the membership.
