Psychologically Healthy Workplace Award

The Psychologically Healthy Workplace Award is sponsored by the Oregon Psychological Assoication as well as other state psychological associations with the support of the American Psychological Association.  The award was created to recognize organizations that make a commitment to workplace well-being and creating a psychologically healthy work environment for employees. Awards may be given to large, small, for-profit, and not-for-profit organizations based on the following criteria:

1.  Employee Involvement
2.  Employee Growth and Development
3.  Employee Recognition
4.  Work/Life Balance
5.  Health, Safety and Security
